Sixgill Fishing Rod Reviews: Randy Sullivan cannot get enough of the Kratos Rod Bass Master Elite Series. One of our most common tapers is based on the Kratos rod series, but it adds the additional durability of an 80/20 carbon/fiberglass blend. The material mix balances well with the taper, still allowing for quick action and excellent recovery of tips: the Kratos series can be used effectively for anything from finesse fishing for soft plastics to power-fishing for larger baits. In addition, our custom soft rubber grips accommodate the all-weather grip advantages and your time on the water can become infinitely more enjoyable. More fish in the boat is the only thing we can’t guarantee, that part is all up to you!

In order to be even better, we’ve reworked our original flagship series, Myakka. To retain the tradition of the longevity of the sequence, the carbon structure is the same. That’s where the analogy ends, however. We’ve reduced the blank’s diameter, leading to a much lighter design. The reel seat has been modified to mirror our siren, allowing more blank access and thus higher sensitivity.

The cork grips for a range of hand sizes are slimmer and more friendly for a further boost to sensitivity as well as ergonomics. A divergence from the American Tackle Microwave guides to Fuji Micro guides is the most instantly noticeable adjustment to the sequence.
