Simon Bryant wife | Simon Bryant is an Australian chef who was born on February 14, 1965, in Exeter, Devon, England. Bryant appeared on the ABC show The Cook and the Chef alongside Maggie Beer from South Australia.
The show aired more than 150 episodes over the course of four years, attracting more than 600,000 viewers weekly across the country. Bryant began his career as a Commis Chef at Hilton Adelaide, then spent 18 months as a Chef de Partie in ‘The Grange’ under Cheong Liew before quickly rising to Senior Sous Chef of ‘The Brasserie.’
His big break came at ‘The Brasserie,’ where he was promoted to Executive Chef, in charge of 33 employees, two of the best restaurants in the state, a quick service deli, and South Beach.
